Description: We have eighteen superb cottages in the heart of England's beautiful Lake District, convenient to all the main attractions yet tucked away in a quiet corner full of historic charm.

We take a personal interest in our cottages, and aim to ensure that they all feel like home to our guests. Included in each cottage is a fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Some have freezers and this is indicated on the page for each property. All have a colour TV and comfortable soft furnishings, and some cottages are equipped with CD players, video and DVD. Heating is by electric night storage heaters or oil / gas central heating and this is included in the price. Bed linen and tea towels are included, and personal towels can be provided at a small extra charge if required.
