Cumbria Self Catering Holiday
A group of my friends and I recently went on a holiday to the Lake District in Cumbria, which was an experience of a lifetime. This was my first visit to the Lake District and I was totally amazed by the breathtaking landscape. I have never seen so much natural beauty in one place.
We stayed in this charming little self catering cottage close to Keswick, which provided us with a comfortable stay. The cottage was furnished in a traditional Lakeland style and featured all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay.
Most of our time was spent exploring the amazing landscape surrounding the cottage, with a number of walking trails found nearby. We also enjoyed heading into town and mingling with the locals, who were very friendly and made us feel welcome and right at home. Cumbria and the Lake District is the perfect holiday destination with something on offer for everyone.
