Lakeland Walking Holiday
My recent Lakeland walking holiday was without a doubt the best holiday I have been on to date. The best way to exploring the amazing natural beauty of the Lake District up close is on foot surrounded by everything the Lake District is famous for.
I stayed in a traditional Lakeland inn, which has been in operation for over 100 years. The room I stayed in was cosy and comfortable, featuring all the amenities and facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. The inn’s facilities and services were excellent and the staff provided friendly and efficient service.
Being an outdoor enthusiast I loved the wide variety of outdoor activities on offer, walking, hiking, sailing everything that I love all in one place was heaven. With so much to see and do the Lake District has something on offer for everyone. Apart from exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, heading down to the local pub to enjoy a few pints while mingling with the locals was another favourite past time I enjoyed.
