Luxury Lakeland Holiday
I took my wife on a luxury Lakeland holiday in the Lake District to celebrate my retirement. My wife and I have been to many destinations all over the world, but we have never been to a place with more natural beauty than the Lake District.
We stayed in a luxurious 5 star Lakeland hotel right in the heart of the Lake District in the Lake District National Park, surrounded by the most breathtaking scenery in the world. The guest room we stayed in was luxuriously furnished in a traditional Lakeland style, featuring all the amenities and facilities of a modern top class hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel.
The Lake District has a lot to offer visitors, from traditional Lakeland towns and villages to the Lakes and forests. We particularly enjoyed going on walks exploring the nature wonderland that is the Lake District. We had such a wonderful Lakeland holiday that we’re thinking moving to the Lake District in the very near future.
